These Terms form a binding agreement between you (and the organisation you represent) and PenStrike. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request access. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Use Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

PenStrike is an autonomous security-testing platform offered to security teams and enterprises through a vetted access program. This website presents the product and lets you request access. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited, changed or withdrawn.

You must be at least 18 years old and, if you act on behalf of an organisation, have the authority to bind it to these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Submitting a request does not guarantee access. We may verify the information provided, request additional details, or decline any request without stating a reason.

PenStrike may be used only against systems that you own or are explicitly authorized in writing to test. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining that authorization and for complying with all applicable laws. Your use must at all times follow our Responsible Use Policy.

You agree not to:

• Test any asset without valid, current, written authorization.
• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or destroy any system or data.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent access controls of the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or authority.

The website, the PenStrike platform, and all related content, software and trademarks are owned by PenStrike or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Access-program materials, non-public features and any pre-release information are confidential. You agree not to disclose them without our prior written consent.

The website and, where provided, the service are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No automated security assessment can discover every vulnerability, and PenStrike does not warrant that any system is or will be secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PenStrike will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold PenStrike harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to obtain proper authorization for any testing activity.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for any breach of these Terms or our Responsible Use Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at PenStrike’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, as indicated by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
